This update affects both Egg Fleet and the Legion Fleet expansion!

• Made DEL and Egg Fleet ships have slightly more Crew
• Machine Guns and Auto Weapons no longer double and triple Attack Dice - now it's just adding 1 or 2 dice.
• Made some GUN vessels slightly more expensive and adding Heavy.
