I heard from some competitive-minded Mobius players that Mortars and Anti-Air weapons are overpowered.

• Indirect Fire no longer causes Pinned.
• Mortars are now ST 4, DAM 1 (formerly ST 5, DAM 2). 
• Flak Guns and Sky Laser are ST 6 (formerly ST 7). 
• Hi-Volt Sky Lasers are ST 7 (formerly ST 8).
